Conner kelderman, cpa

Conner founded Track in 2023 after 12 years of diverse tax service experience with several reputable companies including: KPMG (a Big 4 accounting firm), Global Tax Network, and NorthRock Partners / Private Tax Services. He has worked with individuals and small-medium sized businesses throughout his career. He has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Minnesota since 2015 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Minnesota Society of CPAs (MNCPA). He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas – St. Paul.

Conner is husband to his wonderful wife, Jordyn, and proud father to four energetic children: Skye (8), Jett (6), Zaye (4), and Lake (2). They reside in St. Anthony, MN (Minneapolis) and are cherishing all the crazy moments and memories to be made. They are involved at their church (Substance Church) and involved with/support organizations including: Venture, Break the Cycle 200, Think | Say | Go, and Fathers for the Fatherless.

When away from his computer, Conner loves to spend time with his family, tries to fit in an occasional round of golf, and cycles around Minneapolis/St. Paul. While he disagrees, some may label him a “coffee snob” as he has admittedly high standards for his morning cup(s) of coffee. More specifically, he is a slightly under bogey golfer, has ridden centuries and two double centuries, and his go-to coffee order is a cortado.

Joey Wikoff, CPA

SENIOR MANAGER — TAX ADVISOR
Joey joined Track with 13 years of individual tax experience assisting high-net-worth clients and international clients with cross-border tax complexities. Most recently he was at Wipfli assisting domestic and international high-net-worth clients with tax compliance and tax planning strategies. Having a passion for personal finance, he enjoys working with financial advisors and their clients to help optimize their tax situations. Joey currently lives in Plymouth, MN with his wife, Kyle. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time at the cabin in Alexandria, MN in their free time.
Andrew Schneider, CPA

SENIOR MANAGER — TAX ADVISOR
With 11 years of experience at KPMG and EisnerAmper (formerly Lurie) in Minneapolis, Andrew joined Track to focus on business entities and individual clients. Andrew provides enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit to the clients he serves. Living in Hopkins, MN with his wife, Lauren - they love to try new restaurants around the Twin Cities. They are avid travelers and enjoy seeing new countries to experience local culture and cuisine. In addition, they enjoy hiking the many state parks of Minnesota, going for long bike rides, and playing a variety of sports.
Brad Olson, CPA

MANAGER — TAX ADVISOR
A licensed CPA with 7 years of business and individual tax experience, Brad provides tax planning and preparation services to our clients. He joined Track after working at a local CPA firm (Murry & Associates, LLC) in Minneapolis. With also having a background in IT, he loves to utilize technology in the accounting world to merge the two interests. Brad lives in Blaine, MN with his wife, Rosie, and three children (8, 5, and 2 years old). When not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors cycling and camping with the family in their pop-up camper.
KURTIS HEEREMA

ASSOCIATE — TAX ADVISOR
With 12 years of experience as a high school educator teaching social studies and personal finance, Kurtis can be found in the details of tax returns and projections but explains tax as only a teacher can. Born and raised in Canada, Kurtis moved to the US in ’05 and now lives in New Brighton, MN, with his wife, Lindsay, and three children: Quinn (9), Josiah (7), and Reese (4). In his free time, Kurtis enjoys playing hockey, traveling, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
JESSE GARCIA

BOOKKEEPER — TEAM LEAD
While working as a corporate finance manager, Jesse also ran his own bookkeeping business for almost 3 years. He now leads the bookkeeping team at Track and is currently sitting for the CPA exam. Jesse brings the Florida sun to this Minnesota-based company - living/working from his home office in Port Saint Lucie, FL with his wife, Bre.
KAITLYN KLATT

ASSOCIATE — ADMIN SPECIALIST
Kaitlyn has five years of experience in administrative and marketing roles - most recently with another local firm in the Minneapolis area, Gray CPA. She loves connecting with people and enhancing their experiences, always looking for ways to make things run smoothly and efficiently. She lives in Elk River, MN with her fiancé and their dog, Koda, who keeps them busy and entertained.

With a passion to help others and an eye for detail, Jordyn ensures the operations of Track run smoothly. A first-grade teacher turned CEO of the Kelderman household, she makes all the small details come together.
